Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments with precision and care
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas
• Upsell retail products to clients to support their ongoing beauty routines
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments
• Assist in retail sales to promote products that complement services offered
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Experience

• Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, or related beauty treatments is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a beauty or spa environment
• Ability to upsell retail products naturally as part of the client consultation process
• Prior experience in retail sales within a beauty setting is a plus
• A professional attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
