Position: PSW, Permanent, Casual

Availability Required: Monday through Friday and every other weekend including Splits, OR Evenings 2PM-10PM

Average Hours Available: 30 hours per week depending on the patient inflow

Catchment Area: North and center Wellington including Dundalk, Varney, Mount Forest, Harriston, Palmerston, Drayton, Elora, Belwood, Erin, Rockwood, and surrounding areas.

Requirements
Ontario Driver's license (G2/G) - Valid and good standing including a reliable insured vehicle
Education
Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)

IEN (International Educated Nurses) may be eligible to work as a PSW without a PSW certificate

Attributes

• Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

• 2 supervisory references,
• A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being negative for TB.
