Job Summary
This intermediate/entry level position involves a combination of customer service, data entry and office management. The Card Lock Administrator is responsible for day-to-day duties including answering phone calls, customer service for Petro-Pass customers, taking credit card payments, basic office management and data entry as needed.
Specific Expertise
· Exceptional Customer service skills
· Strong understanding in database related systems
· 2–3 years' experience in customer service
· 1-2 years' experience in petroleum distribution and/or the transportation industry is an asset but not required
· A team-player attitude
· Ability to prioritize and adaptable to change, multi-tasking is a must
· Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems in a very fast-paced environment
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills; always approachable and professional in approach.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Shows a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Daily duties:
Primary customer service contact for the Slave Lake Office
Answer incoming calls, ensuring the get forwarded to correct person.
Look after day-to-day office requirements (i.e. order office supplies)
Basic customer service (i.e. changing pins, sending out invoices and new cards)
Maintain Cardlock accounts
Activates fuel cards within various systems.
Run usage reports for customers, upon their request.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
