- Tailor global best practices to client-specific needs and regulatory contexts.
- Anticipate and resolve project challenges across fast-paced, multi-faceted, and geographically diverse projects.
- Guide and mentor multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic, technical, and commercial leadership.
- Deliver measurable project outcomes (e.g., cost savings, schedule acceleration, risk mitigation).
- Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget engagement delivery.
- Provide technical and peer review for client deliverables.
- Structure complex problems and guide teams in delivering impactful solutions.
- Recruit and develop the next generation of environmental leaders at Hatch.
What you bring:
- Ability to anticipate future trends and position the company for long-term success.
- Business acumen to identify risks and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Proven experience with permitting and regulatory compliance for capital projects.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team development capabilities; skilled at building consensus and leading cross-functional teams.
- Effective communicator with strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
