Vaughan, Ontario, Canada Concord Shading Systems Inc Full time

Concord Shading Systems is a leading manufacturer of blinds, screens and drapery. We are looking for a office clerk to help us with day to day administrative and clerical tasks.

Candidate will need to deal with urgencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position, flexibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure work station area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office clerk or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, outlook, AND SOCIAL MEDIA are must
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks data entry
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree
  • must be self starter

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary - Opportunity to convert to Full-Time
