Job Summary

Carter Cadillac is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BDC Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer communication, organization, CRM management, and dealership support operations. You will be a key player in maintaining customer relationships, supporting service and sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth daily workflow across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management (Dealer Socket)

  • Maintain, update, and organize customer records in Dealer Socket.
  • Monitor all incoming leads to ensure timely responses and proper follow-up.
  • Track lead performance, customer interactions, and CRM health to support sales and service operations.

Lease Portfolio

  • Manage and maintain the dealership's lease portfolio, ensuring timely follow-ups

Service Drive & Appraisal Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate service drive appraisal appointments.
  • Work closely with the service and sales teams to support customer flow and appointment accuracy.

Warranty Administration

· Contact customers regarding their warranty expiration and offer extensions

Reception Support

· Provide coverage for reception during lunch breaks, ensuring professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous BDC, administrative, or dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive CRM systems; Dealer Socket experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Experience with digital text and email campaigns, set up and management
  • Ability to create digital assets is a bonus
