HVAC Service Technician (Full Time)

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently looking for full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our Installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, fitting and joining HVAC parts.

· Using equipment to install products including furnaces, air handlers, HRV's, air conditioners, etc.

· Perform highly diverse duties including Installation, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.

· Perform offsite and onsite maintenance to HVAC systems and equipment and inspect product quality and installation, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must be a Journeyperson or have equivalent experience. Minimum of four (4) years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience, including gas fitting.

· Demonstrate a proven record of providing quality workmanship with attention to detail and strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Must be a dependable, team player with strong time management skills and have the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
