Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food handling and preparation areas are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the assembly of food orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations throughout the shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours

Skills

  • Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
  • Ability to effectively sanitize work areas and equipment to maintain a clean environment.
  • Experience in food preparation and handling is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
