Job Summary
Join our team, we are an industrial services provider supporting facilities across Western Canada .
We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined operators to join our field crews. This is a hands-on, physically demanding, and safety-critical role suited for individuals who take pride in their work, follow established procedures, and are motivated to build a long-term career in industrial services.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems in challenging environments. Experience hauling trailers is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
●Perform industrial cleaning and maintenance
●Support tasks at client facilities
●Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of industrial equipment
●Handle industrial materials and fluids safely and responsibly
●Connect and manage hoses, fittings, valves, and associated equipment
●Follow job procedures, safety protocols, and site requirements
●Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
●Work effectively as part of a crew in active industrial environments
Required Skills & Abilities:
●Strong work ethic and reliability
●Ability to follow instructions and work safely under supervision
●Basic mechanical aptitude
●Comfortable working in industrial environments
●Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working long shifts
●Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
●Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Safety Expectations:
●Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
●Proper use of PPE at all times
●Awareness of hazards such as high-pressure systems, moving equipment, and industrial environments
●Commitment to a zero-incident culture
● CLASS 5 Drivers License
● H2S alive , First Aid / CPR
Assets: (Good to have, but not required)
●Previous industrial, oil & gas, drilling, construction, or maintenance experience
●Confined Space Entry training and CSO
●Forklift or equipment operation experience
● Experience pulling a trailer
