About The Role & Team

Webull Canada Crypto Ltd provides a mobile-first investing platform for retails investors. We are seeking an exceptionally driven and visionary Digital Asset Lead to spearhead the comprehensive development and expansion of our cryptocurrency offerings in the Canadian market. This is a truly unique opportunity to build from the ground up, shaping the future of crypto trading and investment for Webull users across Canada.

This role demands a comprehensive skill set, encompassing everything from developing trading features and integrating with liquidity providers to establishing robust risk management protocols and ensuring seamless customer support for crypto-related inquiries. You need to ensure a cohesive and successful launch and ongoing management of Webull Canada's crypto vertical.

In This Role, You Will

• Visionary Leadership: Drive the entire crypto business, from strategic planning to execution.
• Strategic Roadmap: Own and develop the roadmap, from product conceptualization to operational excellence and compliance.
• Regulatory Expertise: Navigate complex regulations, engage with authorities for licenses and registrations.
• Cutting-edge Services: Ensure services are innovative, user-friendly, and compliant with the highest standards.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in relevant field; prior Fintech and/or prior production experience working at a retail broker dealer environment.

• Currently have your CSC, CPH, IDSC courses.

• Dynamic Leadership: Strong background in operations or financial services/technology, with a passion for crypto.

• Crypto Experience: 3 years of direct experience and deep understanding of the digital asset space. Project Management: Proven ability to lead complex projects with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comprehensive Skill Set: Develop trading features, integrate with liquidity providers, establish risk management protocols.
• Collaboration: Work with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless operations.
• Passion for Finance: Eager to shape the future of finance and make a lasting impact on the Canadian crypto landscape.

What Makes You Stand Out

• PDO, DFOL and other CSI courses an asset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a start-up environment.
• Prior experience in crypto trading and familiarity with the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
• A basic understanding of the AI space.
• An ability to balance and effectively prioritize diverse challenges and conflicting responsibilities.

This role is based in our Toronto, CA office, where in-person collaboration fuels growth, mentorship, and innovation. At Webull, we're committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range is $115,000 –140,000 CAD annually, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits. Final offers consider experience, location, and relevant qualifications.
