About The Role
We're seeking a
Business Analyst Operations Lead (BA Ops Lead)
to facilitate and optimize Business Analysis processes at the Intact Lab.

This role invites an experienced professional to implement best practices across teams, enhance cross-functional workflows, establish training programs, and foster a vibrant culture. Your leadership will be pivotal in making Intact Lab the premier destination for BA specialists.

What You'll Do Here

  • Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and effectiveness, from discovery through delivery and beyond. Establish and standardize best practices and methodologies across BA teams.
  • Tooling and Automation: Assess, pilot and integrate AI tools to facilitate work tasks and transform processes. Administer BA software and ensure staff are well equipped and leveraging tools to their full potential.
  • Learning and Development: Establish and nurture our community of practice. Curate a training curriculum that supports product managers and stakeholders in enhancing their skills. Provide thought leadership and mentorship.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design and Product teams to define cross-functional operating models. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis.
  • Prior work in large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and bring about change.
  • Ability to develop compelling presentations that secure buy-in and inspire stakeholders.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
