CNC Milling Machinist (3 & 5-Axis)

Location: North York, ON

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist with strong experience in 3-axis and 5-axis milling. You will be part of a precision machining team manufacturing complex components for the aerospace, nuclear, and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers.
  • Machine tight-tolerance parts based on engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Perform first-off and in-process inspections.
  • Collaborate with programmers to improve cycle times and part quality.
  • Maintain safe and organized work practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in CNC milling (3-axis/5-axis).
  • Experience with DMG Mori, Mazak, or similar machines preferred.
  • Solid understanding of G-code and toolpath optimization.
  • Experience in precision manufacturing industries.
