Duties

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client sites to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures
  • Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients on equipment operation and safety procedures
  • Maintain detailed service records, including work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field activities

Experience

  • Prior experience in technical repair, maintenance, or related field service roles is preferred, 1 year.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems is advantageous
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently in various environments and adapt to changing schedules
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
  • Ability to handle 5 ton truck
  • Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with specific equipment or systems relevant to the industry, as well as certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical licenses
  • Knowledge of HACCP and SQF best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
