Viral Nation is in a growth phase, and we're building the financial engine to power our future. This isn't your typical FP&A role focused on hindsight reporting. We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to help us architect a predictable, scalable business model. Our finance team operates as the strategic nerve center of the business—internal consultants who translate complex data into actionable foresight. You will play a key role in maintaining and driving our central forecast model, using your analytical prowess to uncover the 'why' behind the numbers and guide critical business decisions. Furthermore, we believe AI is the future of finance. You will be at the forefront of this transformation, with direct access to tools like Gemini Pro. We won't just ask you to use AI; we'll expect you to be a pioneer, leveraging this technology to redefine our processes, uncover hidden insights, and build a more intelligent finance function.

• Build the Financial Core: Build and own the financial models that drive our business. You will be the primary builder for our integrated forecast and budget, covering everything from Revenue and OPEX to the three financial statements and our key operating scorecards.
• Be the Storyteller: Translate variance analysis into a compelling narrative, providing leadership & our board with clear, actionable insights that drive strategic pivots, operational improvements.
• Act as a Strategic Co-Pilot: Partner directly with department heads and key business leaders, providing the financial analysis and data-driven guidance they need to champion new initiatives and optimize performance.
• Champion Innovation: Lead the charge in developing business cases and ROI analyses for new ventures, ensuring we invest in what matters most.
• Pioneer AI in Finance: Leverage 
• ools and modern data systems to automate, innovate, and build next-generation financial processes, eliminating manual work and unlocking deeper levels of analysis.
• Drive Performance: Manage the commission calculation and payout process for our key business units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Master the Data & Systems: Develop a deep understanding of our financial and operational reporting systems to ensure data integrity. You will act as the primary FP&A point of contact for system inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing the flow of information into our planning models.
• Ensure Financial Integrity: Collaborate seamlessly with our corporate accounting team to guarantee that our internal reporting and analysis align perfectly with GAAP and management expectations.

• A 'builder' mentality with 3-5+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Mastery of financial modeling; you can build complex, driver-based models from the ground up that are both robust and easy to understand.
• An innate curiosity and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; you're driven to find the root cause, not just the symptoms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a given.
• You are a master storyteller, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse, non-financial audiences.
• You thrive in ambiguity, excel in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
• Progress towards a CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools (like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI), and AI Tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Agent Space, etc).
• A genuine passion for or experience with AI/ML concepts and their practical application in finance.
