Choose your own adventure Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the ERP Implementation Lead & Continuous Improvement Specialist, your role will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Identifying opportunities for business process improvements and leverage ERP capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Designing and delivering training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Overseeing data migration and integration processes.
• Establishing metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the ERP system and its impact on business operations.
• Managing relationships with ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring they deliver quality services and support.
