Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of fitness equipment.
  • Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or the fitness industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and phone etiquette.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
  • Experience with stocking and merchandising products effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate fitness equipment knowledge through engaging product demos.
  • Ability to lift and move light to moderate items as part of daily tasks
