Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Customer Replenishment Analyst working in Toronto, Ontario. You will be a part of the Customer Supply Chain Team.  You will be accountable for the execution of the inventory and deployment plan for key customers in Ontario as well as developing reporting and monitoring of key metrics within our customer supply chain.

This position reports to the Process Lead and works closely with other cross functional supply chain teams.

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Responsible for creating and influencing the inventory plan within our network or with customers to meet the requirements of the supply plan with focus in achieving targeted customer service levels while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining supply chain effectiveness.
  • Create and monitor execution of inventory movements for streamlined distribution within the supply network and to customers.
  • Influence and manage inventory levels with customers within set parameters to ensure service is met with minimal obsolescence.
  • Report on key metrics and develop reports for the customer supply chain, to monitor in-stock % and coverage levels with customers.
  • Track and facilitate timely execution of promotions and new innovations at deployment level with customers and collaborate with our internal commercial and supply chain functions to ensure flawless execution.
  • Work in conjunction and collaborate with warehouse and distribution to resolve issues.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain field OR equivalent experience (3+ years).
  • You have experience in inventory management
  • Logistics or production scheduling experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • SAP or relevant inventory management experience.
  • You excel at building relationships and influencing across multiple geographies and cultures.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $73, $96, posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
