Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct commercial & residential cleaning in various settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning procedures.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from facility users.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Follow established schedules for routine cleaning tasks while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of time management principles to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the workday.
• A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
