Program Experience Associate – Calgary NE, AB
The hours of work for this role would be 7:30am - 3:30pm.
The Program Experience Associate makes a meaningful difference in people's lives, supporting clients in achieving their goals by supporting strong administrative support to our program delivery. Facilitating and navigating process to make working with CBI Health easy, comfortable and differentiated. About Rehabilitation Services
CBI Health's Rehabilitation Services supports both the physical and mental health and well-being of Canadians from coast to coast. We provide rehabilitation services through our community-based healthcare team consisting of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counseling Therapists, Massage Therapists, Consulting Physicians and a Professional Support Staff, that all care for our clients. We offer a wide variety of evidence-based rehabilitation services from acute musculoskeletal and neurological injuries, chronic/persistent pain conditions, chronic health conditions, acute/chronic concussion, and mental health conditions, helping our clients regain mobility and enjoy a better quality of life. Our services focus on the individual, meaning we design our treatment plans around unique needs and goals, adhering to best practices and consistently delivering the highest standards of quality care for the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Take an inside look at what you'll do each day
For WCB clients, accountabilities include

  • Uploading and downloading all relevant medical from JIRA (downloading into CM and uploading to JIRA post assessment)
  • Communicating with assessing team members, coordinating medical information requests, and walking client through the process
  • Scheduling Day 1 Orientation for program, if approved, then forwarding to the appropriate party to complete the care plan
  • Entering WIP accurately and generating the invoice according to specified timeframes. (Manual corrections and submission of invoice will be completed by CDE and Finance respectively).
  • Completing JIRA and data entry
  • Completing reservation blocks into AB Virtual (Calgary Central Clinicmaster)
  • Track incentives and invoices on Assessment spreadsheet
  • Bill addendum reports and incentives for Assessments
  • Follow-up on any Claim Clarification referral that is pending treatment
  • Maintain confidentiality of client records and personal and personal health information at all time

  • Strong computer literacy with various applications and programs (Microsoft Office)
