The Opportunity

At SinglePoint, we pride ourselves on building lasting client relationships and delivering service excellence within the collections recovery industry. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead our Client Services team supporting our collections recovery and BPO operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced, compliance-driven world of collections and recovery, and who can translate that expertise into strong client relationships, operational alignment, and team leadership. You'll act as the bridge between clients, internal departments, and leadership—ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Client Services team supporting recovery and collections operations.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client inquiries, service issues, and recovery program updates.
  • Oversee client communications, reporting, and account reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Accounting, and Executive teams to ensure service standards and compliance expectations are consistently met.
  • Support IT with client platform queries, data uploads, and recovery system maintenance.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, statements, and trust accounting processes tied to collections activity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the client and agent experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or recovery operations (collections/BPO industry experience required).
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Strong understanding of collections workflows, trust accounting, and client reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and compliance-driven environment.
