Job Summary

We are seeking a PT Monday to Friday 25 hours a week dedicated Maintenance Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently.. The Maintenance Helper will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including painting of APTS drywall repairs small plumbing/ electrical repairs and maintenance threw out the buildings

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
  • Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including small plumbing, electrical, repairs.
  • Painting APT and drywall repairs getting APTS ready for new move ins
  • Conduct residential painting as needed to maintain the aesthetics of the property.
  • Other maintenance duties as needed moving furniture, carpet cleaning , emptying garbage's and any other assignments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Experience in maintenance preferred. Or painting background is a asset
  • Proficiency in residential painting techniques is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
