Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service (ADRS) as Nurse Team Lead (Band 7).
This is a key leadership role, responsible for providing clinical nurse leadership and supporting ongoing team development to deliver safe, effective, and recovery-focused care for individuals affected by alcohol and drug use.
The post holder will lead primarily on the deployment and management of nursing staff, as well as social care staff when required, ensuring robust risk assessment and implementation of complex care programmes using a strength-based approach. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Access and Core Teams within ADRS, contributing to service improvement and national priorities.
Applicants must be educated to degree level (or equivalent), hold Level 1 NMC registration, and have a relevant experience at Band 6. Experience within an Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service is desirable. Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
