What will you do?

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks within business processes that align with our business objectives

  • Identifying Automation Opportunities
    : Recognizing repetitive tasks within plant operations and support functions day to day taks that can be automated to enhance efficiency.
  • Process Analysis
    : Analysing and understanding business processes to identify automation opportunities and create efficient RPA solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Solution Design
    : Architecting scalable and robust RPA solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards while optimizing performance and reliability.
  • Development
    : Building and maintaining RPA workflows, ensuring they align with evolving HR system needs and employee experience goals.
  • Collaboration
    : Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect community to present automation proposals, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Integration
    : Develop and Manage integration between enterprise applications
  • Continuous Improvement
    : Identifying improvement areas, staying updated on RPA trends, and contributing to RPA practice evolution in the organization.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Recently graduated (within the past 12 months) with a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as
    Power automate or UiPath
  • Knowledge of database management and
    SQL
  • Familiar with using AI Tools to prompt for solutions and exception handling

Desired/Preferred to have.

  • Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA
  • Bachelors degree
