About us

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. As a Personal Trainer, you will work closely with clients to design and implement personalized exercise programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise mechanics and techniques to clients, ensuring proper form and safety
  • Provide ongoing guidance, motivation, and support to clients, tracking their progress and adjusting workout plans accordingly.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience for both client and facility
  • Manage your caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workout enviroment, including the proper maintenance of equipment.
  • Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and other factors that contribute to overall fitness, health and well being.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide the best experience for both client and facility

Skills

Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to build, develop, and maintain positive relationships with clients,and staff.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
