Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems and a strong background in mechanical maintenance. This role involves supervising a team of installers/technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HVAC team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training and support to technicians on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with other departments for project planning and execution related to HVAC systems.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Experience in construction environments with a focus on maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
