We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote the social, emotional and cognitive development of each child.

Duties:

-Develop and implement age appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum.

-Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment

-Foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff members

-Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child

-Asses children's progress and communication with parents about their development

-Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning environment

-Maintain accurate records attendance, incidents and observations

-Ensure the classroom is clean, organized and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications :

-Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field ( Or equivalent experience)

-Will accept a Trainee Certificate working towards your ECE diploma as regulated by AECENL

-Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting

-Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents and colleagues

-Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

-Current code of conduct with a vulnerable sectors clearance and current emergency first aid certificate required
