Job Title: FOH/BOH Team Members

Location: St NW Edmonton, AB

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Available Positions: Line-cook, Prep cook / Server / Busser

  • Key Responsibilities: (FOH)
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • At least one year of hospitality experience
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests
  • Present menus, take and process orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Process payments accurately
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth service
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Pro server certificate (server & bartender only)

  • Key Responsibilities:(BOH)

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Assist with food prep and inventory management
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Support the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
  • Qualifications:
  • Strength to lift heavy items such as pots, containers etc.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment. Preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently, cooperatively & individually, in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
