Job Responsibilities
- Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
- Obtain and process information required in order to provide services
- Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
- Record and relay information
- Data entry and emails
- Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Wages
- $18.00 to $21.00 hourly
