The Role

We're looking for a
Senior Consultant
to work closely with our founder, stepping into a role that mirrors hers across sales, client relationships, coaching, training, workshops, and proactive leadership. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, loves empowering people, and can shift fluidly between strategic vision and tactical execution.

You'll be a client-facing leader who drives growth, manages relationships, and ensures every project runs seamlessly. At the same time, you'll bring coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills that help both clients and team members feel supported, capable, and excited to contribute.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, anticipating needs and guiding them with confidence.
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and training sessions that turn strategy into action.
  • Manage projects with clarity and accountability, ensuring deliverables are on time and on point.

Sales & Growth

  • Identify and nurture opportunities for new business.
  • Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, value, and results.
  • Confidently position our services as a mix of strategy, execution, and empowerment.

Coaching & Facilitation

  • Mentor clients and team members, making complex ideas simple and actionable.
  • Facilitate workshops and group sessions that are engaging, practical, and results-driven.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to strengthen skills, solve challenges, and empower others.

Proactive Leadership

  • Spot risks, gaps, and opportunities before they surface — and create solutions.
  • Model professional yet human leadership: warm, clear, and collaborative.
  • Help us build processes and systems that scale client success and team growth.

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
  • Skilled at moving between
    big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution
    .
  • Experienced in consulting, marketing, operations, or agency leadership (ideally a mix).
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, leading training, and coaching others.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Someone who values
    collaboration, clarity, and empowerment
    as much as we do.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 5+ Years of Agency experience a must
  • Located in Calgary, AB
