Role Description

***This is an
equity-based
cofounder role. (Salaries to be discussed in Q3 2026)***

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Montreal, QC, with the option to work remotely part-time. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end web applications. Day-to-day tasks include implementing user interfaces, building robust and scalable back-end frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and participating in the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, React, , Angular.
  • Knowledge in Blockchain (XRPL) is a plus.
  • AI/ML experience in parsing unstructured data and object recognition.
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development for server-side logic, database management, and building robust APIs.
  • Google Cloud Platform knowledge
  • Hands-on expertise in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with the ability to manage end-to-end web application processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with modern development tools and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a hybrid environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and frameworks is an asset.
  • An understanding of or experience in the real estate or construction sectors is a plus.

Ceci est un poste hybride à temps plein pour un
Ingénieur Full Stack
basé à Montréal, QC, avec la possibilité de travailler à distance à temps partiel. L'ingénieur Full Stack sera responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance d'applications web front-end et back-end. Les tâches quotidiennes comprennent la mise en œuvre d'interfaces utilisateur, la création de frameworks back-end robustes et évolutifs, la collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, le dépannage et la résolution de problèmes techniques, ainsi que la participation à l'ensemble du cycle de vie du développement, de la conception au déploiement.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise de Python, React, , Angular.
  • La connaissance de la Blockchain (XRPL) est un atout.
  • Expérience en IA/ML (analyse de données non structurées et reconnaissance d'objets).
  • Expérience en développement web Back-End pour la logique côté serveur, la gestion de bases de données et la création d'API robustes.
  • Connaissance de Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
