Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician/ Customer Care & Receptions VA to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and proactive, and passionate about pets (and people)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting veterinarians with exams, treatments, and diagnostics
  • Confidently running tech appointments (and making clients feel heard and supported)
  • Placing IV catheters, performing blood draws (including cysto/venipuncture), and administering medications
  • Monitoring anesthesia with care and precision
  • Performing dental cleanings and capturing full-mouth radiographs
  • Educating clients and mentoring fellow team members
  • Keeping medical records accurate and organized
  • Helping keep the clinic tidy, smooth-running, and compliant with health protocols
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (OAVT licensed)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A calm, compassionate approach to patient and client care
  • Someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and lifts others up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
