We work with your availability and desired amount of hours to build a schedule that suits your lifestyle. This customized work schedule provides flexibility and good work/life balance. It is well suited for moms that need to be home before and after school for their kids, university students who may need to adjust their schedule each semester, and everyone in between

The Position:

Primary responsibilities will include cleaning and tidying/organizing residential homes and/or offices. You should enjoy working alone and with team members. You should like to have variety in your work, as you will be going into different homes each day. Communication is a major part of this job, being able to effectively communicate with clients and team members is important. We have found that the best cleaners are the ones who thoroughly enjoy what they do - the ones who find cleaning satisfying and the ones who find joy in turning chaos into calm.

What you Need to be Successful:

  • A driver's license and reliable vehicle to easily travel between client's homes
  • Ability to use basic technology/apps on a mobile phone (for communication)
  • Have graduated high school
  • A great work ethic
  • Ability to hustle and work hard at a physically demanding job
  • Positive attitude and willingness to uphold our core values consistently
  • Some cleaning experience is considered an asset, but training is provided to candidates with the right attitude and work ethic

What We Offer:

  • Pay from $21.50 per hour
  • An extensive training program (located in both Abbotsford and Langley)
  • Benefits after completion of the probation period (3 months) when working an average of 20+ hours per week
