Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves supervising care plan development, conducting in-home assessments, and providing clinical support to our care team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and home care. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to patients, assisting with their daily needs, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Perform in-home assessments and identify health and safety risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to care aides to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BC health standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and management.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in British Columbia.
  • Experience in home care, geriatric care, or community health preferred.
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
