Labourer – Agarwood Construction

Location: GTA, ON (Etobicoke, Toronto)- Site-based

Type: Hourly

Reporting To: Superintendent

Agarwood Construction is a growing GTA-based construction management company specializing in custom homes and multiplex infill projects, including fourplexes, sixplexes, laneway suites, and garden suites.

We are growing and seeking a labourer to support our active construction sites and growing pipeline of multiplex projects across the GTA.

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OHSA

  • Load, unload, and properly store materials, tools, and equipment

  • Install temporary protection, hoarding, fencing, and site safety barriers

  • Ensure units and jobsites are trade-ready and clean prior to trade work

  • Complete general repairs to ensure construction schedules are maintained

  • Duties as directed by the Superintendent

What You Bring:

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a labourer or handyman in residential construction

  • General understanding of multi-unit residential construction (triplex, fourplex, six-plex, stacked townhomes, mid-rise).

  • General understanding of trade work and scheduling in residential construction

  • Solid understanding of OHSA

  • Propane ROT an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
