Summary of Position: The Electromechanical Technician, under general supervision, will be responsible for the assembling of control panels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Control panel wiring and checkout using Linux based embedded controllers in control panels.
  • Forming and installing compressed air and liquid transport systems.
  • Checkout of canbus connected sensors to control panels.
  • Checkout of compressed air and liquid transport systems for functionality.
  • Assembly of electrical and piping according to Company specifications.
  • Work in accordance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completion of a recognized program in electromechanical, process control or industrial automation.
  • Previous experience with PLC, or embedded controller configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills to effectively solve complex technical problems.
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
  • Time management/organization skills.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
