Our client is seeking a friendly, reliable and responsible Dental Receptionist to join their dental practice.

POSITION:
  • Experienced Dental Receptionist (3-5+ years experience)
SOFTWARE:
  • Tracker software (willing to train)
 LOCATION: Don Mills/Lawrence (Free Parking)

HOURS: 31 hours/week

Mon to Fri 9-5

Sat 7:30-2 (1/month)

COMPENSATION:
  • $25-$30, maybe $32/hr depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW:
  • Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
  • Schedule/confirm patient appointments using Tracker software
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information
  • Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically
  • Maintain organized patient records within electronic medical records systems
  • Make sure waiting room and reception area is clean and tidy
  • Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and clinic operations
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and appointment reminders
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality is key
  • Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work
  • Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)
  • Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • Must be able to process high volumes of work, quickly, efficiently and accurately
