At Melt Mineral Spa, we focus on bringing luxurious moments to our guests by rolling out the red carpet for them and fostering a lifelong relationship with them.

We offer a range of services for our guests including deep tissue and relaxation massages, manicures, pedicures, tinting and waxing, and facials. Through our services, we strive to ensure our guests feel like their mind and bodies have been pampered.

We also strive to ensure our team members enjoy the work they do. We maintain a fun, productive, and open environment where team members feel that they can grow, share, learn and be productive partners.

What you'll do

· Work with other team members to provide a premium guest experience

· Provide guests with a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment and describe products and services to guests as required

· Manage guest communications, via phone, emails, in person, or other platforms

· Manage bookings, answer questions, and process guest payments

· Ensure the smooth running of the spa through assisting with all spa functions such as running laundry, ensuring the spa is clean, tidy, and presentable, ensuring estheticians are equipped with all necessary supplies needed for all spa service deliveries

· Assist with cleaning equipment, and monitoring inventory

· Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of private treatment rooms

· Uphold Health and Safety standards

· Learn and maintain an understanding of Melt product and service offerings

· Maintain and foster guest relations to frow our clientele

· Assist with opening and closing protocols

· Train new employees as required

· Manage relationships with stakeholders across the business

· Additional duties as required

Preferred Attributes:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· IT savvy, particularly with the MS Office Suite

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team

· Customer service skills

· Well organized with an ability to effectively multitask

· Open to training and a willing to learn new programs/systems

· Excellent time management skills and professionalism

· Authorized to work in Canada
