Production Team Lead (Glazing)

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM

Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc., part of the Alpa Lumber Group, is a well-established and growing company with over 65 years of experience providing quality building materials. We specialize in manufacturing a wide range of window and door products and are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated Production Team Lead to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of 20–30 production associates to achieve daily production goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment within a diverse facility
  • Enforce and uphold all safety procedures and company policies
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to support performance and development
  • Coordinate daily staffing and workflow needs with the Production Supervisor
  • Attend production meetings as required
  • Update order statuses and related information in the company ERP system
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in aluminum window production)
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Basic proficiency with hand tools
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience in window and door manufacturing is preferred
  • Aluminum window experience is considered an asset
