Who we want to hear from:

Bothar is always interested in hearing from experienced Trenchless Construction Specialists to work on future projects.

We are looking for those who have Microtunneling, Direct Pipe technology (DPI), Shaft Construction or Auger Boring experience. Here are some of the roles that we hire for a typical project:

  • TBM Operators
  • TBM Maintenance Technicians
  • Experienced Trenchless PMs, CMs, Site Superintendents, Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
  • Experienced Trenchless Supervisors and Foremen
  • Experienced Shaft Construction Specialists
  • Experienced Pit Boss and Pipejacking Leads
