Well-established water well drilling business is seeking a motivated, physically fit employee for year-round full-time employment.

DZ Required *** Duties include assisting with drilling operations on a dual rotary rig, driving a straight-frame tandem-axle rig tender (water truck), along with other duties required for water well installation. Drilling assistant will work with the driller as a team, and may occasionally work on other jobs as required. Previous drilling experience an asset but not required. Welding, cutting torch, hand tools, and power tool experience is going to be needed for this job. We work in all types of weather.

Wages depending on experience, and overtime is only on occasion. No weekend work.

Job Type: Full-time
