About Us

We are a growing pharmaceutical and nutraceutical development company focused on innovative formulations, new drug development, and advanced biotechnology applications. We are seeking a senior-level R&D Scientist to join our research team.

Position Overview

The R&D Scientist will lead and support research projects involving protein, peptide, enzyme materials, formulation development, analytical characterization, and early-stage product development. This role is ideal for someone with substantial hands-on experience who enjoys scientific problem-solving, laboratory work, and contributing to new product pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute R&D projects involving peptides synthesis and enzyme extraction
  • Develop and optimize formulations (solid, liquid, peptide-based, or biologically derived).
  • Design and perform laboratory experiments, method development, and analytical testing such as HPLC, LC-MS.
  • Interpret scientific data and prepare technical reports, protocols, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (QA, QC, production, regulatory) to support scale-up and product transfer.
  • Contribute to innovation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the R&D program.
  • Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience (preferably 10–15+ years) in protein/peptide/enzyme research, formulation development, or pharmaceutical product development.
  • Very Familiar with testing peptides by HPLC, LC-MS.
  • Hands-on laboratory expertise and ability to independently plan and execute experiments.
  • Excellent scientific writing, communication, and documentation skills.
  • A strong interest in long-term R&D work and contributing to a growing scientific team.

  • Demonstrated leadership or mentorship in R&D environments.
  • Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech settings.
  • Practical understanding of technology transfer, scale-up, or early regulatory pathways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
