What we're looking for

We are looking for an intermediate full stack dev Phoenix is a Y Combinator backed startup based in downtown Toronto. You'll work closely with the cofounders to continue to build out the patient and physician side of our platform. We are looking for a passionate, mission-driven engineer who takes pride in the products they build. You're the type of dev who loves the whiteboard and figuring out streamlined solutions to complicated workflows.

Qualifications

  • Have 3 years of professional programming experience

  • Have 1 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails

  • Are comfortable in at least one modern Javascript front-end framework (ideally React)

  • Creating software features that are robust, reliable, and user-friendly for both internal teams and our customers

  • Experience with Cloud Platforms is a nice to have (ideally AWS)

  • Has experience thoroughly testing and deploying their own code

  • Participate in the design, architecture, and delivery of new features in a collaborative environment

  • You are passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare experience and have a personal connection to the space
