What you will do

• Coordinate BIM/VDC services on multiple civil & infrastructure projects
• Manage a team of VDC coordinators;
• Foster and get involved in the development of team members;
• Define clear expectations of team members;
• Ensure continuous improvement through feedback and training;
• Actively foster a learning environment, share your knowledge and be an ambassador for innovation in the field of construction;
• Organize, clarify and assign specific tasks and projects to team members;
• Follow up on projects with project teams;
• Be accountable for the quality and respect of deadlines for the delivery of deliverables;
• Ensure team cohesion and collaboration (Synergy);
• Evaluate and optimize processes in collaboration with counterparts;
• Know all the VDC services and tools available;
• Evaluate the possibilities of selling services on projects;
• Prepare project service offers with cost assessment in collaboration with the VDC Innovation Manager;
• Active participation in all phases of projects, from pre-construction to delivery;
• Encourage your team to think outside the box to find innovative solutions and opportunities;
• Report to the Innovation Manager;
• Celebrate successes and be a key member of your work team

This role could be for you if you have

• Hold a bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering or have equivalent experience;
• Possess 3 years of experience in coordinating civil works in the construction industry;
• Possess recognized expertise in BIM project coordination and collaboration within a team;
• Possess experience in resource management
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills;
• Master the use of computers, in particular for software: AutoCAD Civil3D, Tekla, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, ESRI ArcGIS.

• Have the ability to organize their work well in a multidisciplinary team;

• Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
