Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanover, ON, for a Network Analyst. The Network Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Key duties include managing network administration tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing security protocols, and providing technical support to internal teams. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining secure, reliable systems while ensuring seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and management of network infrastructure
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving network-related hardware and software issues
• Experience with Network Security, including implementing and maintaining security protocols
• Ability to deliver effective Technical Support to address and resolve network concerns
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A diploma or degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a telecommunication or similar industry is an asset
