The Role

We're hiring a Renewable Energy Specialist for a central and hands-on role with our team. As a new team member, you will work directly with the company principal to lead the development of new residential and commercial projects. You'll receive mentorship from experienced professionals and gain experience with every stage of the process - from system design and engineering to installation and client support. At Biothermic, you'll have the opportunity to gain broad experience with advanced renewable technologies and contribute to Canada's transition toward a cleaner energy future.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a generalist eager to apply their technical knowledge in real-world renewable energy projects and learn from industry pioneers. A university degree in science, engineering, or another technical discipline is required, though we welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds who bring curiosity and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits and pension. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
