We're recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking technology and digital consultancy firm seeking a Canadian Lead to own their strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the market strategy, enhancing brand recognition, and driving sales within Canada. The company is committed to delivering innovative solutions and building strong partnerships to achieve sustainable growth.

As the Canadian Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the market pursuit strategy. Your insights into market trends and industry analysis will guide the company's strategic direction. You will work closely with other Country and Geography owners to ensure alignment with the company's brand strategy and drive sales efforts. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing the team, fostering a culture of growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies based on comprehensive market analysis
  • Drive brand recognition activities and align them with the company's overall brand strategy
  • Lead sales initiatives, maintaining clear sales volume goals and customer segmentation
  • Ensure product offerings are tailored to the local market needs
  • Oversee delivery of client technology projects, ensuring commitments to customers are met
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient budget management
  • Collaborate with other country heads to leverage shared experiences and insights

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to the role. You will be adept at building relationships with stakeholders and leading a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Your ability to analyse market trends and drive strategic initiatives will be key to your success.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in strategic market development and sales leadership in Insurance
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and competitor dynamics
  • A deep understanding of software integration and implementation
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management
  • Ability to drive brand recognition and align marketing strategies
  • Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and profitability
  • Experience in the consultancy sector
  • Familiarity with the Canadian insurance market
