Job Description:

XIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Database Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SCM, Finance, HR, and Payroll modules and will lead a technical team in delivering successful implementation and support projects for our enterprise clients. 

This is a key leadership role for professionals with extensive Middle East and Canadian market exposure and a deep understanding of hybrid Oracle environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and document data requirements, data collection methods, administration policies, data access rules, and security standards.
• Administer, manage, and optimize Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability across all modules (SCM, Finance, HR, Payroll)
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of technical consultants to deliver seamless implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support services.
• Develop and maintain database scripts
• Perform database configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure reliable operation of complex enterprise systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions across SCM, Finance, HR, and Payroll areas.
• Manage application and database migrations, patches, integrations, and deployments across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments following established change-management processes.
• Develop and enforce database security, governance, compliance policies, and disaster recovery plans for Fusion and EBS platforms.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues related to performance, concurrent programs, integrations, workflows, and module-level transactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions, custom reports, data models, and automated database procedures.
• Conduct research and coordinate with information systems teams, project managers and business leaders to plan and execute multi-phase implementation and support projects, ensuring availability, security, quality, and suitability and ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.
• Support hybrid setups and ensure seamless coexistence between Oracle Fusion Cloud and on-premise EBS environments, leveraging best practices and architectural standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle database administration with strong hands-on Fusion and EBS expertise.
• Experience working across both Middle East and Canadian markets.
• Automotive industry exposure is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Oracle-certified professional is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-module implementations and support teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage database configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, and migrations across multiple environments while enforcing governance, compliance, and disaster recovery standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions and resolve critical production issues.
