Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at our modern shop. Based in Stratford, this role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality service to our customers. The technician will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair trucks, trailers and related equipment with precision.
  • perform repairs and maintenance safely.
  • Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for various technical tasks.
  • Read schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure longevity of equipment.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience with the repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, trailers and equipment.
  • Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairs or maintenance.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
  • Experience in various areas of truck repair.
  • Drive on program experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
