Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an
Environmental Scientist or Engineer
(Air and Climate)
to join our Western Canada Air, Noise, and Compliance team based in our
Vancouver, BC
office
.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Collaborating with intermediate and senior staff on all aspects of project work, including document review, air quality and greenhouse gas emission calculations, and the preparation of compliance reports.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and applying relevant provincial and federal acts and regulations.
- Compiling, interpreting, and evaluating data against applicable regulatory standards.
- Conducting site visits and fieldwork for projects across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
- Working as part of GHD's Canadian Air, Noise, and Compliance Group, which includes over 60 engineers and scientists.
- Providing support on sustainability and other environmental projects as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
General Experience:
Future 2026 graduate, relevant co-op experience considered an asset.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $74,000, based on experience.
