SOMMAIRE :

Maximiser les ventes de produits de beauté et de services vendus par Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix. Poste de cosméticienne de soir et fin de semaine.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Objectifs de ventes.

  • Optimiser les ventes et présenter les programmes promotionnels.

  • Voir la vente comme une activité amusante.

  • Promouvoir les ventes de produits de beauté.

  • Favoriser les ventes en encourageant les clients à participer au programme PC Optimum.

SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE :

  • Promouvoir un environnement positif pour les clients et les collègues.

  • Toujours accorder la priorité au client et offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.

  • Donner l'exemple quant à l'utilisation appropriée de l'application Relation client éLECTRONIQUE afin d'offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure.

  • Promouvoir les produits par l'intermédiaire du marketing et encourager l'utilisation du programme PC Optimum.

  • Promouvoir activement les événements en magasin et assurer la prise de rendez-vous.

EXPLOITATION :

  • Présenter et faire la promotion des produits et services de l'entreprise.

  • Participer aux activités des écoles des fournisseurs pertinentes.

  • Participer à des ateliers et à des séances de formation.

  • Respecter les normes d'exploitation du rayon des cosmétiques.

GÉNÉRAL :

  • Se conformer à toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité.

  • Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures du magasin.

  • Respecter les politiques et procédures de prévention des pertes et s'assurer de leur exécution dans le département.

  • Agir avec professionnalisme en tout temps.

  • S'acquitter d'autres tâches au besoin.

COMPÉTENCES :

  • Planification, jugement et prise de décision.

  • Pensée indépendante et prise de décision.

  • Compétences en vente de cosmétiques.

EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Compétences reconnues en consultation pour fournir de l'information.

  • Expérience en vente avec résultats avérés.

  • Bonne connaissance des divers produits de beauté et des services offerts.

  • Capacité d'effectuer des consultations personnalisées sur le maquillage et les soins de la peau et de faire la démonstration de leur application.

  • Aptitudes marquées pour la communication.

EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES :

  • Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 lb.

  • Capacité de monter à une échelle.

  • Capacité à se pencher et à s'étirer pour remplir les tablettes.
